The SOIR?E 2026 of the Palucca University of Dance Dresden is the big highlight of a successful academic year and a vibrant showcase of emerging dance artistry.

Around 140 dancers will light up the stage on this special evening — from the youngest talents of the orientation classes and the young-talents-programme to students of the Bachelor Dance programme. Audiences can look forward to a diverse program full of energy, expression, and artistic range, where improvisation, classical dance, and contemporary works merge into a compelling overall experience.

The programme features new creations and choreographic works by international guest choreographers, Palucca alumni, and dance educators of the university. With pieces by Martin Chaix, Neel Verdoorn, Angelika Forner, Rita Aozane Bilibio, Micheal Tucker, José Agudo, and Manoela Goncalves, the soirée reflects the creative signature of an institution that has stood for excellence in dance education and artistic innovation for over 100 years.
